ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
Ori Darmon found his niche in Real Estate at the early age of 22. Before he got into buying, flipping and selling houses he worked on the field with his father who owns a successful roofing company. His experience in the construction sector gave him an advantage later on in his career when it came to renovations and improvements.
By the time he was 25 he had already purchased and sold over 250 properties and acquired a 89-room hotel in Virginia. As a trailblazer in the industry he searched for new ways to find deals that were off-market. He began focusing on short sales and probate properties and that is when his portfolio began to grow exponentially, where he was averaging over 75 real estate transactions per year. Through his growing success and word of mouth, local and international investors were eager to buy properties from him or work hand in hand on an array of projects.
Since 2020, he began developing luxury properties and estates and currently working on multiple multi-family developments, waterfront homes and a luxury hotel in South Florida. With over a decade in the industry ori has done hundred of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and plans to continue to take his business to new heights.


Vice President:
Amir Weil is an accomplished entrepreneur with deep experience across both European and American markets. His real estate journey began in Berlin at the age of 23 and expanded to Florida two years later. Amir successfully managed an Israeli fund focused on real estate investments, demonstrating a strong ability to structure and deploy capital effectively.
Amir previously managed an Israel-based investment fund focused on real estate, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing deals across multiple jurisdictions.
Since 2015, Amir has partnered with Ori Darmon to form a highly successful real estate development firm focused on high-value, ground-up projects across South Florida.
Amir plays a central role in the business - overseeing all financial aspects including underwriting, capital structuring, investor relations, and strategic planning. From project acquisition to final exit, he leads the company’s financial vision while ensuring operational and investment alignment. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling the business and securing a pipeline of $400M in development across South Florida.
